Application Process:
To apply as a vendor, please complete the online application HERE. All applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure a well-balanced and high-quality marketplace.
Once your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice with payment options (check or online payment). Payment must be received within 14 days of invoicing to secure your vendor spot and booth location. Booth space is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

20x10 Booth Arena - $625
20x10 End Cap Arena - $725

Please note:

All food vendors must provide proof of General Liability Insurance with the Cross Insurance Center and the City of Bangor listed as additionally insured.

This event requires all food vendors to provide a copy of their certificate of resale or mobile vendor license.

We DO NOT allow sales of "ready to eat" food. All food items must be securely packaged and sealed. We will have concession stands open.

Samples are allowed with no major size restrictions.
